The following process is followed to develop e-Learning content:
Design
A design is prepared to achieve the learning objectives of an approved curriculum. Modules are designed to teach each objective and to facilitate student learning at a pace that matches their skills. Through our education consultants we select a professional domain expert/professor with good pedagogic skills, varied experience and creativity.
Presentation
After selecting a professor, we discuss the instructional design with him and identify the need for graphics, diagrams etc and then finalize the workbook with his participation.
Recording
We record the lecture in a state-of-the-art studio. There are a number of options for recording, for example - extempore talk, black board explanation, PowerPoint presentation, LCD projection slides, or during interaction with a live group of students. Out of these, the most appropriate options are selected.
Audio & Video Editing
After finalizing the recording procedure the cameras (Digital/Beta), lighting, ambience, and other equipment like microphones and projectors are selected for recording. The recorded material is video-edited, audio-edited, rendered and the transcript of the lecture is appended to provide the student with additional reference material.
More Features
Graphics, line drawings and animations are introduced at appropriate places. Self-tests, references and further materials are added.
Integrating
All the multimedia material: text, video, audio, graphics and animations are fitted into integrated software to make a single unit with multiple entry options.
Testing & Production
In this final stage the integrated copy is tested for quality a well as completeness.
