Mr. P. Chandrasekhar Reddy,

Mr. Chandrasekhar Reddy was recruited by NIT in 1998, after a successful 13 year career as an IT professional in the U.S. He established the first outsourcing relationship for NIT while working for WhiteLight Systems in the U.S.  This relationship flourished and led to the many key outsourcing accounts being managed by NIT today.  While in the U.S., he led efforts to improve the quality processes of the development and testing organizations of Pillar Corporation and WhiteLight Systems through the use of automated technology.  His ability to attract and motivate highly qualified technical professionals and his strong business skills are responsible for the outstanding growth of NIT.  Under his leadership, a strong foundation for future growth has been established. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii, USA.

Dr. K. Babu Rao,
Technical Director

Dr. Rao brings a wealth of experience to NIT.  As a technical innovator, he has been involved in leading edge projects in e-commerce, instructional technology and content management.  He has specialized in database management, operating systems and ERP solutions.  He is a technical leader and an educator.  He received his doctorate  from Andhra University in 1970, and he served as a visiting professor in several universities in India and abroad, before joining NIT.
